We ship all order on next business day. For the UK we use Royal mail for all other EU countries we ship by Hermes. Usually in the UK it takes two to four days and for EU countries three to five business days If you require your items urgently, we offer an Express Postage option at the checkout.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Our team works hard to keep all products available in at our warehouse in Rotherham UK. In the unlikely event of a product being out of stock, we will contact you and advise you of the delay, and when we expect to receive the item back into stock. If you do not wish to wait, you are entitled to a full refund. If you have received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible for us to resolve the issue at our expense. We are confident you will be pleased with the quality of the items you order, and we attempt to describe all items as accurately as possible through our product photos and descriptions. However, if you are not happy with the item you receive, please contact us within 14 days to discuss an exchange or refund We check all items before shipping but if you should receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We may request that faulty items be returned for inspection before issuing a refund.
